Dr. Harvey Risch doesn’t mince words. “Everything we did to manage the pandemic was a failure because virtually everybody got COVID,” he states, cutting through the noise. Masks, lockdowns, vaccines — all fell short of promises. The mRNA vaccines worked briefly, but Delta changed the game, exposing flaws in the public health strategy.
“The mRNA platform is highly inflammatory; its wide use in healthy populations was reckless,” Risch explains. He points to the systemic disregard for risk, emphasizing, “Vaccines must be incredibly safe for healthy populations — a trade-off that was ignored here.”
Mandates compounded the issue. “Mandates were draconian and scientifically irrational when the voluntary uptake was already high,” he remarks. Public trust was undermined by overreach, a “bait-and-switch approval of vaccines under EUA” that Risch calls “a profound regulatory deceit.”
Long-term harm looms, he warns. “Cancer risks from immune system damage caused by the vaccine will take years to fully understand,” Risch notes, reflecting on the dangers of rushed interventions. The discussion lays bare a chilling truth: the pandemic revealed not just viral vulnerabilities but systemic failures in medical ethics and governance.
