Even Brazil, site of Zika-microcephaly, 2015-16, refused this large payout on ethical grounds, not wanting to infect its own population with Zika. The NIAID laid low for a while, but is now spending that money in the United States infecting US citizens with Zika. Don’t believe it? Well it’s true.
